Cantabria has an extensive offering of industrial land which has been duly classified, adapted to the needs of each industrial project, with all the necessary services and at a competitive price. The ultimate objective is the development of industrial estates which allow the creation of industrial land in sufficient quantity and quality to drive the development of Cantabria.

To this end, the priority of Suelo Industrial de Cantabria (‘Cantabrian Industrial Land', SICAN) is the development of modern and high-quality industrial land, developing industrial spaces and equipping them with infrastructures for the introduction of new industry and favouring future development. SICAN's activity materialises into an extensive network of industrial estates distributed around the region.
